That Glimmer of Hope

A 21-year-old Melbourne woman was lost in a different country when she travelled there. The family may sell their home in order to put up a six-figure reward for information on her daughter’s whereabouts. The following is the parents said to the interviewer:

“I’m prepared to post a very large reward. I don’t have the money, but I’m prepared to sell my house if I have to for our daughter”, said her father.

“I’d be naive and stupid if I said she was definately alive. In a case like this it’s generally for the worst, but I’m living on that glimmer of hope and until I know otherwise we’re not going to give it up”, said her mother.

After reading this news, I felt heavily of God’s love towards to all human beings–You and Me, All!

God was, is ,and always will hold on this glimmer of hope until the end in order to find and save us, God love us so much, He didn’t send other people or angels to find us–But sent His Only Son Jesus Christ to seek and find us because He so eager to pour out His love towards us. He cries when His children are lost, He laughes when His children are found. Do you get the heartbeat of our Heavenly Father?

Now I’m found by the grace of God, couldn’t say enough thank you to God. I pray you will be blessed by this post and be willing to receive redemption by Jesus’s Christ’s blood.

Ephesians 5:8 “For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light.”

For sisters and brothers in Christ, let’s hold onto this glimmer of hope to the end to walk with God, go to the place to find His children, to fight against the darkness to save God’s people by Jesus’s blood, by the grace and mercy of our God.

Keep Nation in Our Minds

North Korean leader Kim Jong-il was dead of diabetes in 2003, but people still see him at public events. So is that Kim real? This question has baffled foreign intelligene agencies for years. Now, it’s going to be transparent that Kim vanished for about 42 days and died of illness. But after that, world leaders including Hu Jintao of China have been negotiating with an impostor to act as substitute at public events. So the actors are brought on stage whenever they are required to persuade the masses that Kim is alive.

My reaction is this news is so shamed of Chinese goverment and also big concern of the future of China a our leader is grooming up to substites to play with the nations. What do you feel right now?

But as children of God, we shall not be discouraged by anything, instead, we shall take the armor ofGodto resist the dark world “For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the uthorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritul forces of evil in the heavenly realms”. (Ephesians 6:12)

It reminds me when the time Si Chuan had earthquakes, as one body of Christ, we prayed for God’s mercy upon the people and the nation. I believe we can do something to response to different worldly situations even disasters–pray! Let us put the trust in God and pray for the things might affected us or we have a burden for. Nation is big, the leader of the nation is far from us, but God’s power is the highest which He gave to us for the sake of His Kingdom.

Ephesians 6:18 “And pray in the Spirit onall occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints”

God Is Our Open Source

Google released the browser Chrome recently, Google’s vice president said something from the press conference which I feel is valuable to think and share. He said “open source is the principle of software development that states the technology behind a product be made freely available and encourages community”, so they made their “secret recipe” transparent in order to improve the whole community to be benefited by the advanced technology.

As children of God, let us foster a habit of sharing and giving freely of the knowledge,the wisdom,the blessings we gain from God. Thus, we may grow strongly and maturally in God together. Imagine if all IT companies keep their “secret recipe”, the technology may not be developed so fast. God is wanting us as a unity to grow fast and healthily.

Thanks God I finally back to this blog again as a learning process of sharing my thoughts and love, I believe there are other means we can use to share for example, self-made small card with your sharing words, share book we read and quality time when you can express freely of your ideas and revelation from God etc.

A couple of weeks ago, brother Brandon shared with me his understanding of being humble and the lesson he learned from God about that area. I definately gained the insight from him and God, because of the precious sharing, it reminds me until know that we need to be humble as Jesus Himself is humble and being humble can help us to learn from others.

Above all, sharing, giving is the command from God:

Matthew 10:8 “Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy, drive out demons. Freely you have recieved, freely give.”
